En esta investigación se realizó un análisis transversal de la situación de las
empresas de| Gremio Gráfico de Lima Metropolitana, sus clientes,
proveedores y procesos internos. Se identificó que las Pymes son un factor
importante en la economía nacional ya que alrededor del 75% de la
población económicamente activa Iabora en una Pyme, además representan
cerca del 50% del producto bruto interno; sin embargo han sido Ias más
resistentes a la aplicación de las TIC.
This research was carried out a cross-sectional analysis of the situation of
the Guild graphic SMEs in Metropolitan Lima businesses, clients, suppliers
and internal processes. Identified that SMEs are an important factor in the
national economy since around 75% of the economically active population
working in an SME, also represent about 50% of the gross domestic product;
however they have been the most resistant to the application of ICT.
