dc.description.abstractEste trabajo tuvo como propósito identificar los factores personales e institucionales y su relación con las prácticas para corregir y mejorar las condiciones en las que cumplimos funciones como trabajadores de salud, el estudio fue de tipo descriptivo con un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño transversal y correlacional, el resultado es, que existe relación significativa entre las variables "Factores personales" y "Prácticas de medidas de bioseguridad", en cuanto a factores institucionales el 53.8% de las enfermeras dan a conocer condiciones deficientes, solo un 7.7% lo enmarca dentro de "Bueno", y en cuanto a prácticas de bioseguridad el 23.1% de las enfermeras presenta un puntaje deficiente, 50% presenta un puntaje regular y solo el 26.9% presenta un puntaje bueno.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThe biosecurity practices are a set of preventive actions and have therefore to prevent accidents. These measures are crucial to success goes hand in hand with the nursing staff must meet biosafety standards, authorities should enforce and management should provide the facilities for these are met; which is why we sought to determine the relationship of individual and institutional factors with biosecurity practices of nurses Emergency Service Daniel Alcides Carrión National Hospital Callao - 2013, and aimed to identify personal and institutional factors and their regarding practices to correct and improve the conditions in which we fulfill roles as health workers; this study was descriptive quantitative approach, cross cotrelation design; was obtained .as a result, it is observed that there is significant relationship between the variables "personal factors" and "biosecurity practices; institutional factors as to 53;8% of nurses disclosed poor conditions, only 7.7% falls within the "good";·and fmally in terms ofbiosecurity practices 23.1% of nurses has a poor score, 50% have a regular score and only 26.9% has a good score; was concluded that there is significant relationship between the study variables and the Pearson Chi-Square test shows a lower (p = 0.05) correlation.en_US
