Abstract

La tuberculosis es una enfermedad que aqueja a muchas personas en el mundo y su impacto en el estado de salud de un país es tan grande que es considerada una socia histórica en la lucha contra la tuberculosis, desempeña un rol crucial en el control de la misma teniendo a su cargo la atención integral e individualizada de la persona con tuberculosis.

Tuberculosis is a disease that afflicts many people in the world and its impact on the health of a country is so large that it is considered a public health problem worldwide. lt is in this context that the. nurse considered a historical partner in the fight against tuberculosis, plays a crucial role in control of it, taking charge and individualized comprehensive care of people with tuberculosis. However, the daily attendance requires a dynamic and not completely thought mechanized nurses that promotes the exchange of subjectivity between the caregiver and the recipient or need of care, leading to an inappropriate relationship between nurse and patient the same influence on the process of care. This justified the conduct of this study entitled "Level of quality of care given by nurses as perceived by the user with tuberculosis who carne to the Health Centers micro Márquez, Callao - 2011 ", that aimed to determine the level general quality of care given by nurses as perceived by the user with tuberculosis.
