Diseño e implementación de un sistema de seguridad bidireccional utilizando la tecnología móvil de banda ancha

Abstract

La presente tesis titulada "DISEÑO E IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UN SISTEMA DE SEGURIDAD BIDIRECCIONAL UTILIZANDO LA TECNOLOGÍA MÓVIL DE BANDA ANCHA" nació de la necesidad de contar con equipos (hardware) y programas (software) de bajo costo y fácil implementación para hacer frente a la problemática de la inseguridad ciudadana que crece día a día en nuestra capital y en el resto del país. El desarrollo de las tecnologías de banda ancha en el Perú, está en etapa de implementación, pero actualmente ya contamos con los requerimientos básicos de infraestructura y penetración en las ciudades más importantes del país, esto nos permite utilizarla de muy diversas maneras, dándole un valor agregado. El sistema que propusimos nació de la necesidad crear un sistema de seguridad a un bajo costo, y que aproveche las facilidades que el software libre y la tecnología móvil de banda ancha nos ofrece. El sistema incluía un Servidor de Seguridad (PC) que realizó las funciones de video vigilancia en tiempo real (Streaming) con sistema de respaldo en un sitio web, era bidireccional ya que pudimos controlar el movimiento de una cámara web motorizada de diseño propio, así como también interactuar con la información enviada por lo sensores instalados en ella, todo esto monitoreado y controlado por un dispositivo móvil a través de la banda ancha.

This thesis entitled "DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A BIDIRECCTIONAL SECURITY SYSTEM USING BROADBAND MOBILE TECHNOLOGY" was bom ofthe need for equipment (hardware) and program (software) inexpensive and easily implemented to deal with the problem of city insecurity that grows daily in our capital and the rest ofthe country. The development of broadband technologies in Peru, It is in the implementation stage, but now we already have the basic infrastructure requirements and penetration in major cities, this allows us to use it in many different ways, giving an aggregated value. The system that we proposed was bom from the need to create a security system at a low cost, and take advantage of the facilities that free software and mobile broadband technology offers. The system included a security server, Firewall (PC) who performed the functions of video surveillance in real time (streaming) with backup system on a website, was bidirectional and we could control the movement of a motorized webcam of our own, as well as, interacting with the information sent by the sensors installed in it, all monitored and controlled by a mobile device via broadband.
