Abstract

la utilización de la evaluación de la calidad de la atención en el ámbito de la salud ha generado resultados importantes que permiten la mejora de los servicios ofrecidos, sin embargo en el campo de la atención psicológica su uso se ha orientado sólo a la evaluación de la satisfacción de los pacientes directos e indirectos.

The utilization of the evaluation of the quality of the attention in the environment of the health generated important results that permit the improvement of the services offered, however in the field of the psychological attention its use has been oriented only to the evaluation of the users satisfaction of the direct and indirect users . Also it treats his interrelation that under a systemic approach and in the global perspective towards the modernity of century XXI within the agreement and the organizational change, serves as support in the systematization of the management; which it causes the consistency between the planning, the evaluation for aims of the continuous improvement, accreditation or certification of quality of his processes, and the pertinence with the demands of the social reality, economic and also political of the country.
