THE PROJECT PRESENTS THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN RPA SYSTEM FOR THE TEACHER QUALIFICATION PROCESS. THE MAIN GOAL OF THE PROJECT IS TO AUTOMATE AND IMPROVE THE ACCURACY OF THE GRADING PROCESS USING TECHNOLOGIES SUCH AS PDF FILE PROCESSING, GRADING ALGORITHMS, AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE MODELS. THE PROJECT METHODOLOGY DESCRIBES THE RPA WORKFLOW, WHICH INCLUDES UPLOADING PDF FILES, CONVERTING TO EXCEL, ANALYZING EXCEL SHEETS, AND AUTOMATICALLY GENERATING RATING REPORTS. THE STUDY'S FINDINGS HIGHLIGHT THE IMPORTANCE OF AUTOMATION IN TEACHER QUALIFICATION AND THE POTENTIAL OF RPA TECHNOLOGIES TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY AND QUALITY OF THIS PROCESS. FUTURE AREAS OF RESEARCH ARE SUGGESTED, SUCH AS INCORPORATING MACHINE LEARNING TECHNIQUES FOR CONTINUOUS SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT.. © 2024 LATIN AMERICAN AND CARIBBEAN CONSORTIUM OF ENGINEERING INSTITUTIONS.
