Importancia de los valores en el clima laboral en los trabajadores marítimos del Callao

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación comprende el cumplimiento de los objetivos: establecer Ia forma en que los valores instrumentales de ambición, comprensión y júbilo influyen en las fuerzas motivacionales, determinar el sentido en que los valores instrumentales de capacidad, limpieza y valentía influyen en el estilo de autoridad, identificar manera en que los valores instrumentales de indulgencia, honradez y don de servicio influyen en las comunicaciones, establecer si los valores instrumentales de creatividad, independencia e intelectualidad determinan el grado de influencia en eI clima laboral, determinar la forma en que los valores instrumentales de afectuosidad, obediencia y Iógica influyen en la toma de decisiones, establecer la manera en que los valores instrumentales de educación, responsabilidad y control influyen en los objetivos de rendimiento.

This research includes the fulfillmenotf the objectives: to establish how instrumental values of: ambition, understanding and joy, influence motivational forces, determining the direction in which the instrumental values of capacity, cleaning and courage influencing the style of authority, identifying how instrumental values of: forbearance, honesty and gift of service communications influence,hether instrumental values of creativity, intellectual independence and determine the degree of influencine the work environment, determining how the instrumental values of affection, obedience and logical influence decision-making, establishing how instmmental values: of education, responsibility and control influence the performance targets.
