La parte de líder se relaciona con el liderazgo de los Decanos y su influencia con el clima organizacional, ya que estas dos variables conducen al desarrollo de las instituciones y por consecuencia al resto de la declaración mencionadas líneas arriba. Finalmente se llega a conclusiones para la UNAC, donde se prueba la hipótesis principal, ¨El estilo de liderazgo del Decano influye en el clima organizacional de la UNAC, se demuestra que existe un liderazgo liberal, que existe correlación significativa regular entre liderazgo autocrático del Decano con el clima organizacional y otras correlaciones. National University of the Callao fulfils a roll important in the provincial

In this thesis looks for to relate the vision declared in the Web of the UNAC: "The National University of Callao will become a leading institution, modern, capable of contributing to the development and transformation of our society." The part of leader relate with the leadership of the Deans and his influence with the climate organizational, since these two variables drive to the
development of the institutions and by consequence to the rest of the statement mentioned lines up.
Finally, arrive to conclusions and recommendations for the UNAC, where tests the main hypothesis, "Tne style of leadership of the Dean influences in the climate organizational of the UNAC; show that it exists a liberalleadership; that exists regular significant correlation between leadership autocratic of the Dean with the climate organizational and other correlations.
